We have lived in Cornwall for 40 years and brought up our family here. Summer holidays were spent camping or staying on caravan parks in Cornwall, France and Spain. Having a long held dream to run own caravan or campsite, in 2017 the time was right to see if our dream could be fulfilled when the opportunity arose to take over Cosy Corner, a pretty little site set in beautiful Mawgan Porth.
It has been a joy to get to know the lovely visitors who return year after year to Cosy Corner, along with our newcomers, who we hope have also been touched by the magic of Mawgan Porth and our peaceful little park. We are committed to continuing with the high standards set by the previous owners of Cosy Corner, along with adding touches of our own and ongoing improvements, such as herb planters for our guests to help themselves to and our Prairie style planting scheme in the borders.
Our natural, informal planting scheme aims to incorporate native plants and hedging and other perennials that are attractive to wildlife and pollinators. We hope that you will come across bees and other insects and a variety of birds at Cosy Corner.
